.... A terrifying glimpse inside the minds of two Georgetown "graduate" chefs.

.....WTF?

We started cooking basically so we could stop starving.

Fueled by nothing but ramen and peanut butter, wasting away in Henle after the dining hall had closed for the summer, we decided to make some food-changes in our lives.

You could say we're unorthodox. I say we're poor. We use pots as mixing bowls, and forks as every kitchen tool ever known to man. I don't think we've ever measured anything in our lives, which makes it difficult to try to write recipes, actually. But hey, it works!

It's a strange mix of recipes, everything from cheap-but-healthy-dinners to alcohol-laced-desserts to everything-you-wanted-to-do-with-tequila, and it's a mix that really only appeals to college kids. But  college kids have to eat, too. For realz.

Happy nomming!
